Appearance vs. Action
Harrison’s natural beauty and strong sense of community are real and worth valuing. But emphasizing how “nice” things look cannot substitute for the governance, planning, and execution the village needs now.
Public reassurance and image-focused narratives can obscure the absence of clear decisions, timelines, and measurable progress. Pride in place should reinforce accountability-not replace it.
Meaningful recovery requires action, not appearance.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone in our community.
