Council is scheduled to consider several high-impact decisions at its Dec 15 meeting:

  • Zoning Amendment Bylaw 1230
    Council may introduce, give all readings, and adopt a revised zoning bylaw in one meeting. The bylaw reshapes rules for employee, non-market, co-op, and supportive housing. No public hearing is permitted under the Local Government Act.

  • ALR / Non-Farm Use application
    Council is asked to ratify direction allowing staff to submit a Non-Farm Use application to the Agricultural Land Commission for two parcels.
