• Base zoning under Village of Harrison Hot Springs Zoning Bylaw No. 1115

  • The by-law divides the village into zones: residential (R-1, R-2, R-3, R-4, etc.), commercial (C-1 through C-4), institutional (P-1), and others.

  • For multi-unit / apartment or townhouse dwellings to be allowed, the lot must lie in a zone that permits that building type (e.g. R-3/R-4 or commercial/mixed use).

  • The by-law defines building height, setbacks, lot-size and density rules via zone schedules.
